Ornamental Pea (Lathyrus odoratus) is a beautiful, old-fashioned climbing plant with beautifully shaped, wonderfully fragrant flowers in sweet pastel colours. Let them climb against a bamboo stick wigwam, through and against a fence or trellis, or among other plants. Also beautiful in your vegetable garden! Lathyrus does well in the open ground, but also in a large pot - just be sure to provide adequate nutrition and water.
To ensure that the plant continues to bloom, always cut away all spent flowers with flower stalk and all. Or pick them for fragrant bouquets, Lathyrus is a wonderful cut flower!

One year old Approx. 24 seeds, for 2 m2 Made in the Netherlands

Sow indoors from February. After 5/6 weeks transplant to a sunny spot. Lathyrus can be sown directly on site from March to the end of May. Regular picking/removal of spent flowers will ensure long continued flowering.
