Thanks to its pure, strong salt taste and its wonderfully balanced flavour profile, you only need a tiny quantity of this fleur de sel with chili flakes. Perfect on roasted vegetables, egg or avocado toast. This salt develops entirely naturally i.e. it is completely unprocessed. Thanks to this meticulous method, this fleur de sel remains rich in minerals such as magnesium and iodine as well as retaining its pure flavour. Additive free. This certified, 100% organic fleur de sel is manually harvested in traditional salt pans along Portugal’s Atlantic coast. The salt develops naturally and is unprocessed: only seawater, sun and manual labour are used. This makes this fleur de sel very different from industrially refined salt which generally only contains sodium chloride. The delicate salt crystals are skimmed from the water’s surface every day with only the most beautiful, most delicate crystals being selected.
