Stainless steel egg separator for easily separating egg whites from the yolk for use in cakes, meringues etc. The egg separator's design makes it suitable for hanging over a small bowl, which leaves both hands free to crack the egg. The egg separator can also be made to fit over larger bowls by folding out the handle. Swirl the yolk around a few times in the egg separator and every last bit of the egg whites will be released and end up in the bowl. Dishwasher-safe. Dimensions: approx 9 x 12.5 cm.
