Rectangular dough cutter, for cutting rolled out dough straight, e.g. for biscuits, pasta shapes, etc. Also very practical, after using a pasta or biscuit cutter, to bring the leftover dough back together on the work surface, or to quickly transfer a large amount of chopped herbs, onions, vegetables etc. hygienically into the pan.
