Dill, organic, 20 g

Dill has a fresh flavour, a bit like aniseed. It is widely used in Scandinavian, as well as Greek, cuisine. Dill goes brilliantly with fish, or in cucumber, egg and potato salad, in mayonnaise, vinaigrettes and herb butter.

Note: dill loses its flavour if cooked too long. So leave out until the last minute.
