Organic, coarsely cut dried ginger root for brewing deliciously warming ginger tea. The flavour is tangy and slightly sweet, and you can add honey and a slice of lemon if necessary. Drink this herbal tea on its own or mix the ginger pieces with other herbs and/or green or black tea for a personalised blend.
