Or use it as a drinking bottle/carafe for water and iced tea: pieces of fruit, fruits and/or herbs fit easily through the opening. The clasp is easy to operate, even with one hand. The glass lid comes off in its entirety and the metal bracket and rubber ring are easily removed. This is very useful for cleaning and sterilising. The bottle is suitable for sterilisation in the microwave, in a pan with water or in the oven. Always heat the glass gradually to avoid sudden changes in temperature.
