Bread proofing basket, rattan, oval, Ø 30 cm (700–900 g)

Home-made bread tastes delicious! This basket is ideal for allowing your dough to rise. It promotes the rising process, lending the bread a beautiful shape. As the rattan regulate the dough’s humidity level, your bread will be airy with a crispy crust. Dust your basket with flour before use. Knead the dough into the right shape, then give it ample time to rise. Cover it with a warm, damp (tea)towel. After it has risen, you can turn the dough out onto a baking tray and bake it in the oven. Brush the flour from the basket then allow to dry thoroughly. Please note: the basket is not dishwasher or ovenproof. This basket is suitable for loaves between 700 - 900g.
