Bay leaves, organic, 3 g

The aromatic leaves of the bay tree add a lot of flavor and aroma to marinades for meat and game, various sauces, stews, soups, and broths. Bay leaves are also delightful with chicken and fish, in sauerkraut, and in various Mediterranean dishes.

Tip: Let one or more leaves infuse in the dish, optionally together with, for example, thyme and parsley in a bouquet garni or herb egg. Remove them before serving.
