High-quality balsamic vinegar, from the Trebbiano grape, produced by Giuseppe Giusti's family business in Modena (Northern Italy). For five years, this white balsamic has matured in barrels made of ash wood and French oak. Ideal when you want to add the distinctive flavour of balsamic vinegar without it discolouring your dish.
