Balsamic vinegar, 8 years aged, 250 ml

High quality balsamic vinegar made from Trebbiano grapes, produced by Giuseppe Giusti's family business in Modena in the north of Italy. This balsamic vinegar has been aged for 8 years in wooden barrels. The vinegar has a nice balance of sweet and sour, and just a few drops will add a delicious note to salads, grilled vegetables, buffalo mozzarella or fried meat or fish.
