Balsamic vinegar, 8 years aged, 250 ml

High-quality balsamic vinegar made from Trebbiano grapes, produced by Giuseppe Giusti's family business in Modena in northern Italy. This balsamic vinegar has been aged for 8 years in wooden barrels. The vinegar has a nice balance of sweet and sour, and just a few drops will add a delicious accent to salads, grilled vegetables, buffalo mozzarella or fried meat or fish.
