Nostalgic, sturdy, square enamel baking pan, white with a black border. Ideal for brownies, (slab) cake and crumble, but also for savoury tart, lasagna and typical British 'pie'.
Enamel is a glaze made of molten glass and is applied to metal surfaces as protection. This creates a colourfast, scratch- and rust-resistant baking pan.
- Dimensions: 15.5 x 28 x 6 cm, interior size 23 x 13 cm
- Suitable for use in the oven and on the hob
- Not suitable for microwave
- Enamel stays the best if you wash it by hand
Advice for use: grease the mould well with each use and/or line it with baking paper
