With this mix you can easily make a delicious banana bread: full of flavour, with a hint of speculaas spices.

Ingredients:wheat flour*, cane sugar*, baking powder (E500ii), speculaas spices*, salt.
*From verified organic cultivation.
Produced in a facility that processes the following products: Egg, gluten-containing grains, lupine, milk, mustard, nuts, celery, sesame seed, soy, sulphite.
To add yourself: 5 ripe bananas, 110 ml sunflower oil and 2 eggs.
Preparation: on a baking sheet with baking paper, let the unpeeled bananas soften for 30 min in a preheated oven (170˚C, hot air 160˚C). Leave them to cool, peel and mash. Mix with the oil and eggs. Add the baking mix little by little and stir until you have a smooth batter. Transfer to a greased cake tin and bake in the still warm oven for 60 min until browned and cooked.
