Vegetable peeler, Nogent, beech handle

This peeler is ideal for quickly and thinly peeling potatoes, but can also be used for cucumbers, carrots, parsnips, pears and many other fruits and vegetables. It is also very handy for peeling a nice thin strip of lemon or orange peel. The peeler is made in Nogent, France, where the town's knifemakers have been renowned for their craftsmanship since the 19^th century. Thanks to the blades on both sides, this peeler can be used by both left- and right-handed people.
