Chimichurri originates from Argentina and Uruguay. It is widely used there as a spicy marinade and sauce for grilled meat. Our blend of herbs, vegetables, and spices is delicious for barbecuing, but also for baked fish and mixed into mayonnaise.
Use about 2 tablespoons of chimichurri mix for 500 grams of meat or fish and allow the flavors to infuse well before cooking or grilling.
