Chimichurri originates from Argentina and Uruguay. It is widely used there as a spicy marinade and sauce for grilled meat. Our blend of herbs, vegetables and spices is delicious for barbecuing, but also for fried fish or in mayonnaise.
Use about 2 tablespoons of chimichurri mix for 500 g of meat or fish and allow the flavours to infuse well before frying or grilling.
