Sprouts, organic, mustard cherry

This cherry is the spiciest of all the sprouts, with a distinct mustard flavour. Delicious on a cheese, ham or liverwurst sandwich. Also a real palate cleanser in a mashed potato, mustard soup or through a mayonnaise with mussels or cold chicken. Rich in calcium, iron and vitamins A, B1, B2 and C.

Instructions for use:
To grow sprouts, use a sprouting dish. Spread the seeds sparingly on the grid and fill the germination dish with water up to the grid. If necessary, replenish the water daily. For best results, place the germination dish at room temperature in a fairly bright place. After about two weeks, the sprouts can be eaten.
