Sturdy beechwood cutting board. Beechwood is ideal for cutting and serving boards. It is strong, yet relatively soft, which keeps your knives sharp for longer. The untreated board does not splinter and is strong, durable and pleasant to use.
Rub your board with an unscented oil such as linseed oil before first use. Repeat the process periodically to maintain your cutting board.
Never immerse a wooden board in water to prevent warping or cracking. Not dishwasher safe. If required, you can give the board an extra clean with coarse salt and half a lemon.
