Risotto made with Carnaroli rice, featuring summer truffle, porcini mushrooms, parsley, and chives. Risotto is a traditional rice dish from Northern Italy. The rice is cooked in broth and, unlike regular rice, should be creamy after cooking. It is also delicious with a splash of white wine added to the broth.

To add: 1.5 liters of broth, 5 tablespoons of olive oil, 1 glass of white wine.
