High-rimmed springform pan made from strong recycled stainless steel. Thanks to the removable bottom the cake can easily be pushed out of the tin when it is done. This cake pan does not have a synthetic non-stick layer. Dille & Kamille opts for ‘old-fashioned’ springforms without plastics such as PFAS. After all, these are pollutant during manufacturing and could end up in your cake due to wear and tear. Recycled stainless steel makes a great alternative, is long life and scratch resistant. Tip: thoroughly grease the bottom and the interior lip of the springform pan with butter, then dust with flour before use. This will help your baked goods emerge from the pan problem free.
