Do-it-yourself dressing including oregano, lemon thyme and garlic. Add olive oil, (white) balsamic vinegar and honey to taste. The vinaigrette is delicious on (pasta) salads, but also on roasted vegetables and potatoes or grilled meat. Tip: Also makes a great gift for the foodie in your life! Method: mix olive oil and vinegar then add some liquid honey to the herbs in the bottle. Shake well then allow the contents to infuse for at least 1 week. After this, the vinaigrette is ready.
