This unique tea from China might just well be our favourite. Oolong tea's flavour lies somewhere between black and green tea. Milky Oolong is soft and creamy thanks to a hint of natural milk aroma. To make this tea, the tea buds and the first two delicate leaves are rolled: the surprisingly mild, slightly sweet flavour is best released when the long leaves unfold in hot water. So, use a spacious tea infuser, filter or strainer.
