Floral honey with an intense, spicy flavour. Cold extracted. Use in your tea, yoghurt or dessert. Rosemary honey is also delicious in vinaigrette or marinade. This monofloral honey is made by bees primarily visiting a single type of flower which provides the specific taste and aromas. Not suitable for children under 1. Store in a dark, dry place at room temperature . Tip: the natural sugars in honey crystallise over time. This has nothing to do with quality or shelf life. Heat the jar for 15 min 'au bain-marie' to max. 40 °C to make honey liquid again.
