Grill pan, cast iron, green

Delicious: roasted aubergine or courgette, spring onions, shrimp, lamb chops, steak... Grilling gives everything a fantastic flavour. This sturdy cast iron pan is ideal for it. Extra handy: after using it on the stove, your pan can also go into the oven for further cooking or keeping the dish warm.
Tip: Greasing the pan is usually not necessary, just brush the dish itself thinly with some oil. For a lovely diamond pattern, turn the ingredient a quarter turn halfway through grilling.

You will enjoy this robust grill pan for a very long time. It is made of cast iron in a beautiful shade of green. Cast iron absorbs heat evenly and releases it slowly. The strong, double enamel coating protects against sticking and makes it easy to clean the pan. Usually rinsing well under a hot tap is sufficient.
