This aromatherapy cushion is filled with lavender which helps the body and mind relax. Put the herb cushion in, under or next to your pillow. Breathing in the herb smell has a relaxing, aromatic effect, which also helps you sleep better. Shake the cushion whilst pressing on the herbs if the lavender smell gets weaker. You can, if need be, increase the odour by adding essential oil to the cushion. You don’t need to pre-heat the cushion before use.
