Crepe spreader, beech wood

For spreading the crêpe batter when making authentic French crêpes. Pour a small amount of batter into the pan. Move the thick round part in a circular motion around the pan, to spread the batter evenly and thinly across the pan. Made of beech wood, not dishwasher safe. Handle length 15 cm, spreader width 12 cm.
