Try our delicious, artisan-made extra jam. Especially for a fancy brunch or festive high-tea, the exciting combination strawberry with champagne! Our jam is prepared manually in large open kettles. As a result, the sugars present caramelise naturally. Result: the real 'home-made' taste of the past.

Ingredients: strawberries, sugar, Champagne (8%, contains sulphite), gelling agent (citrus pectin), food acid (citric acid).

Prepared with 50g of fruit per 100g. Total sugar content 63g per 100g.
