Steamer, bamboo, Ø 20 cm
Traditional Chinese steamer, suitable for steaming dim sum, meat or fish dishes, vegetables and numerous other Asian dishes. In a wok or pan of the same diameter, bring a layer of water or broth to a gentle boil. Place the steamer basket in the wok or pan and let the food steam until tender. To keep food from sticking to the basket, place a lettuce leaf or a small porcelain bowl underneath it. Not dishwasher-safe, rinse well after washing and leave to air dry. Ø 20 cm, height 9 cm.
