Sprouting dish, glass, Ø 13.5 cm

Grow your own delicious and healthy vegetable sprouts that are packed with vitamins and minerals. Beautiful and delicious in salads, on bread or as a garnish. Includes 6 g bag of organic garden cress.

How to use:

• Spread the seeds sparingly over the grid and gently moisten with a plant sprayer or under the tap.
• Fill the dish with water to just below the bottom of grid and place the grid on the dish.
• Place the sprouting dish in a bright place at room temperature (20-22 °C) and change the water daily if necessary.
• The sprouts can then be harvested after about 6 to 14 days (depending on the variety).
