A colourful mixture of different leaves for salads: pak choi (brassica pekinensis), rapini (brassica rapa), mizuna (brassica juncea var. japonica) and leaf mustard (brassica juncea). This mixture is buttery smooth, spicy and nutty in flavour.

Sow the seeds from mid-March to late August in tight rows in open soil. Harvest the leaves at an early stage. Cut off the young leaves a few centimetres above the ground, as this will give you multiple harvests.
