‘Paglia & fieno' or 'straw and hay' is a delicious green and yellow pasta made with egg and spinach. These traditional pasta curls from Emilia-Romagna are hand made using bronze moulds ('bronze cut') and Italian durum wheat semolina. The gramigna are hollow and have a textured surface thanks to the bronze moulds. This makes sauce adhere to them. Gramigna go well with all manner of sauces, including tomato-based ones.
Ingredients: Durum wheat semolina, eggs (16,46%), water, spinach powder (1,24% - ORIGIN: EU). May contain traces of fish, molluscs, mustard, soy.
