The sides and bottom consist of a layer of 18/10 stainless steel on the inside and a layer of magnetic stainless steel on the outside. The aluminium layer sandwiched in between ensures optimum, even heat distribution. This makes your ingredients cook more quickly, evenly and beautifully as well as saving energy.
