For a delicious, authentic Spanish paella, with a beautiful golden yellow colour and intense aroma and flavour, use this spice mix with real saffron. Sauté the spices with the rice before adding the broth. This spice mix is also very tasty with a ""regular"" baked fish, with oven potatoes and with chicken.
