The oil is a blend of Ottobratica and Sinopolese olives, ripened on the olive trees in Calabria. A beautiful region at the tip of the Italian boot, where the sun, mountains, and sea determine the climate.

Our supplier is an Italian family with thirty years of experience in the organic sector. With care for nature and love for the land and tradition, they have been producing this wonderful, fruity olive oil for three generations. Our oil tastes deliciously 'grassy' with a light peppery bitterness in the aftertaste, making even a simple piece of bread taste heavenly.
