This muslin cloth (also called known as cheesecloth) lets you easily strain or drain various ingredients. You can use it when making home-made Greek yoghurt or when clarifying a broth.Before use, wet the cloth with water and give it a good squeeze. The fibres will then swell slightly, which will make the cloth act like a fine mesh sieve.
