With this butter lamb, you put your (cream) butter on the table in an extra festive way. Before using, place the mould in salt water for half an hour. Then dry it well and fill both halves with cool but not too cold butter. Press the halves firmly together and also fill the bottom well. Let set in the refrigerator for a few minutes, open the mould and the butter lamb is ready. For the eyes, you can use peppercorns or cloves, for example. Cosy brunch becomes a party!
