><p>Bake delicious, typically British scones yourself with this mix from Windmill 'De Vlijt' in Wageningen (NL). Delicious with ˜clotted cream' and jam or Lemon Curd!</p> <ul> Content: 400 grams Produced in the Netherlands </ul> <p>Particular ingredients: wheat flour*, cane sugar*, raising agents (E341i, E500), vanilla sugar*, salt<br />*of controlled organic cultivation.</p> <p>Store cool and dry.</p> <p>Add: 85 grams of butter in cubes, 175 ml milk, 1 beaten egg, 1 tsp lemon juice.<br />Preparation: put the mix and the butter in a bowl. Rub with your fingertips to form a crumbly mixture. Mix the lemon juice into the milk and add to the mix. Mix with a fork to form a lumpy dough. Knead this for a while. Push the dough out to a 3 cm thick piece, cut out circles of about 5 cm ⌀. Place these, spaced slightly apart on a greased baking sheet (or use baking paper) and brush with egg.
