This delicious, spicy spread is a real speciality from the Balkans. This local delicacy is made from roasted peppers, a little oil, vinegar and a pinch of salt. For this spicy version, a little chilli pepper powder is added. Ajvar is delicious with BBQ dishes and with meze or tapas. Also delicious on baguettes (as bruschetta).

Storage advice: store in the dark at a temperature of +8 to +25 degrees Celsius. After opening store in refrigerator and use
within 5 days (pasteurised).
