This delicious, spicy spread is a real speciality from the Balkans and is made from roasted peppers, a little oil, vinegar and a pinch of salt. For this spicy version, a little chilli powder is added. Ajvar is delicious with BBQ dishes, meze or tapas. Also delicious on baguettes (as bruschetta). Tip: also delicious as a condiment for a country omelette or risotto.
