'Crema di zucca' is a delicious cream made from organic bottle pumpkins and extra virgin olive oil, flavoured with tomato puree, celery and garlic, among other things. This pumpkin cream is made in the southern Italian province of Apulia. Very tasty as a filling for ravioli or stirred through pasta or risotto, but also on crostini or on a pizza, instead of tomato sauce with mozzarella, for example.
