About the supplier
TON's chairs are known for their handmade and timeless design. For decades - according to the ideas of founder Michael Thonet - the chairs have been lovingly made in the same workshop where it all began in 1861. With the craftsmanship passed down from generation to generation and with the same, special techniques. Thonet was a pioneer in furniture design with his idea of being able to bend wood. The unique, curved beech wood makes the chairs extra strong and gives them their recognisable features.
