<p>Wicker basket for letting bread dough rise. The basket shapes your bread and leaves a decorative ribbing pattern. The cane also absorbs a little moisture from the dough. Result: an airy bread, with a crispy, beautifully ribbed crust!</p> <p>Brush the basket, before you put the dough in, with some flour and pat it out well after use.</p> <p>Tip: It is not necessarily necessary to clean the mould with water, just patting it out is sufficient.
