How to place an order
- Add your chosen item to your shopping cart by clicking on the black "Add" icon. Clicking on the bag icon in the upper righthand corner of your screen will take you to a page listing all your chosen items. Here you can also choose to order more than one of the same item. Click the black 'Proceed to Checkout' icon.
- In the first step of the ordering process, we will ask you for your (login) details. Have you ordered from the Dille & Kamille webshop before and created an account? Here you can log in with the email address and password you used last time. Are you a new customer to the Dille & Kamille online store or haven't created an account yet? Then enter your name and address on this page. We guarantee that your personal data will be treated confidentially (see our privacy policy for further details). Then click on the black 'Continue to checkout' icon
- In the third step, "How would you like to receive your order?", you can choose whether you want your order to be delivered to your home address or if you want to collect it at a pick-up point or in-store. Here can also choose to have your order delivered to an address other than your own address (the billing address), e.g. if you want to deliver a gift to someone. To do this, click the "Deliver to another address" link in the green bar next to where you entered your address.
- Complete your order by clicking the "Continue Order". After checkout, you will receive a confirmation email from us with your order invoice as an attachment. As soon as your package has been dispatched, you will receive another email from Dille & Kamille with a link to your order's Track & Trace code.
