Damaged item received

We understand the frustration that arises when receiving a damaged or broken item. Rest assured, we are committed to assisting you promptly and effectively in resolving this issue. We therefore ask you to send an email to klantenservice@dille-kamille.com containing the following information:

  • A photo of the item 
  • Your order number 
  • Item number and/or item name 
  • Whether you would like to receive a new item or get a refund

You do not have to return a damaged item to us unless it is slightly damaged. If the item only has slight damage, it can still be sold in one of the more than 40 second-hand shops operated by our partner Terre des Hommes, with proceeds from these sales going towards helping to make the world a fairer and safer place for children.

Our customer service team can assess from the photo whether the item can be sold by our partner Terre des Hommes.  

You are also always welcome to visit one of our stores if you have received a damaged item, but we ask you to please first notify our customer service department via email, as they can often provide the quickest and most appropriate solution.
