Irish Coffee recipe
- 2 tsp soft brown sugar
• half a shot (3 cl) of Irish whiskey
- 1 cup of strong hot coffee
• 3 tablespoons lightly whipped cream
Preparation
Pour the whiskey into the Irish Coffee glass. Then add the sugar and stir until the sugar is dissolved. Then add the hot coffee. Then very carefully pour (using) the back of a spoon) the whipped cream on top.
